Sit-n-Spin or Stand-n-Spin?

I picked up a Sit-n-Spin at a garage sale this weekend. Tyler wasn't even sure what the thing was, but he immediately lit up when I brought it into the living room and just had to try and get a hold of it. I don't know if it's the bright colors or that it's fairly large or what. Tyler doesn't know how to make it spin yet, but he likes it when we spin it around for him.
