Daphne: Yes. Santa is Abuelito's best friend.

Step 1: Remove the hot dog from the bun.
Step 2: Pull the bun apart and turn it inside out.
Step 3: Eat the bun. Who needs protein?

Aggies vs. Longhorns

Waiting in line to check out at the grocery store the other day, Daphne excitedly pointed to some nearby balloons.

Daphne: Look! Aggies!
Me: Are you my little Aggie?
Daphne: Yes! (big smile on face)

Tyler pointed out numerous times that there were only 3 Aggie balloons while there were 6 Longhorn balloons. On the way to the car he pointed out every vehicle in the parking lot with a Longhorn emblem and every time he said, "That's what I'm talking about!"

Pumpkin Bread

The night before Thanksgiving, Tyler and Daphne helped me make pumpkin bread. Tyler has gotten pretty good at baking and likes to measure and stir. He even used the hand mixer for the pumpkin bread. Daphne still needs lots of assistance! Both get impatient waiting for their turn to do the next step. Daphne wouldn't even try the pumpkin bread but Tyler loved it! He probably ate about 3/4 of the loaf over the course of Thanksgiving weekend.
