Daddy's Girl?

Daphne is still most definitely a Mama's girl but lately she has been cutting Daddy some slack. She definitely has him wrapped around her little finger.

New Shades

Daphne picked out these chic
kiddie glasses herself.

Crazy shades on crazy hair!

February is quite the birthday month in the Hulett and Hurtado families. In addition to Tyler, February birthdays include PawPaw, Great PawPaw, Abuelito, and Tia Janina. We helped PawPaw ad Abuelito celebrate their birthdays.

Either the donkey or one of the horses tried to nibble on Daphne's
pigtails through the fence at Wimberley Valley Winery.

bus off the back patio of Wimberley Valley Winery.

Tyler's 5-Year Well Child Check-Up

Tyler passed his 5-year well child check-up with flying colors. He seemed like such a grown up answering all the doctor's questions and heading off by himself with the nurse for his vision and hearing screening. Tyler has always been really calm and good with doctor visits unlike his sister. Daphne looked worried because she hates doctor visits and had just been in a week before Tyler for a case of hives. She sat and colored quietly the whole appointment probably for fear the doctor was going to examine her next! Here is Tyler's growth info:

Height: 44" (73rd percentile)
Weight: 47.2 lb (86th percentile)

Cousins

Tyler and Daphne were really excited that their cousins came in from Houston for Tyler's birthday. The sweetest was seeing Tyler, Damon, and Noah all lined up in their sleeping bags in Tyler's room for a little sleepover.

Tyler and Damon cooking in Daphne's room. The toy kitchen
that Michael's parents got Daphne for her birthday a few
months ago is nicer than my kitchen!

Micah- This baby is the poster child for good babies!
He is so quiet and mild-natured you barely know he is around.

Tyler loving the work bench that PawPaw got him for his birthday.

Noah working hard too.

Tyler's Birthday Proper

On Tyler's actual birthday we went bowling and played some skee ball. Thankfully Tyler didn't come in last place bowling or I think he would have been pretty upset.
